How old do I have to be to rent a vehicle?
All renters must be a minimum of 21 years.
How are rentals priced?
All rental rates are based on a 24 hour period.
What one day and tree days’ rental means?
One day rental means 24 hours, tree days means 72 hours.
What do I need to bring with me?
All renters must present a valid driver license and a valid credit card at the time of rental.
What kind of insurance coverage is offered?
Our vehicle is already insured for liability toward third parties and damage to animals and property.
How do I make a reservation?
A reservation can only be made on our web side (click here). After making a reservation you will receive our e mail for confirmation and guaranteed your chosen vehicle baring any unforeseen circumstances (accident or service needed). You will also receive a city map of Sorrento, in order to find immediately our office and pick-up Your car.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
We must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.
Do I need a credit card to rent a vehicle?
Yes, you must present a valid credit card in renter’s name at the time of rental. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Final payment will be made by credit card or if you wish you can pay cash only at the end of the rental.
Are additional drivers permitted?
Yes, one to many additional drivers is allowed. Additional driver must meet the same age and driver license requirement and be present at the time of rental (Euro 10,00 per day).
Do you delivery cars at the hotel?
Yes, all major hotels in Sorrento and surrounding area.
Can the car be returned elsewhere than Sorrento?
No, the car must be returned in Sorrento.
Is smoking permitted in the vehicles?
No, for the pleasure of all future renters, we do not allow smoking in our vehicles.
What happens if I am involved in a traffic accident or the car break down?
